Common questions

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes — we strongly recommend booking ahead, particularly for colour services and occasion styling. Our stylists are in high demand, and popular time slots (Friday afternoons and Saturdays in particular) fill quickly. We recommend booking at least a week ahead for colour services.

How long does a colour service take?

It depends on the service and your hair. A balayage or full highlights appointment typically takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours. A full colour with toning usually runs 2–2.5 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when we confirm your booking so you can plan your day accordingly.

What should I bring to my appointment?

If you have inspiration photos, bring them — they help enormously. A clear idea of the look you're after, even if it's just "I want something lower maintenance" or "I want it to feel lighter," is all we need to start a great consultation.

Do you offer a consultation before committing to a service?

Absolutely. For complex colour work, extensions or any service where you're unsure what's possible with your hair, we're happy to arrange a no-obligation consultation. Just select "Consultation" in the booking form and we'll set aside time for a proper chat.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone on our waitlist. Late cancellations and no-shows affect the whole team, so we appreciate your understanding.

Can I book for a bridal party?

Yes — and we love doing it. For bridal parties, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season (October through April). We'll coordinate timing, arrange a bridal hair trial, and make sure the entire party is taken care of on the day.
